Why do we like this?

More than two years ago, UK band Safari Gold released a self-titled EP that included three tracks. It received a modest reception, tallying a total of less than 4,000 SoundCloud plays (of the lot, I particularly dig "Cerebral Light").

Flash forward to today and we're here to bring you the premiere of the band's new single "Howl," packaged as part of a double A-side that includes a second single "Hypnik Jerk." The track caught me with its slick intro, an approach that reminds me of their fellow compatriots The 1975.
