Why do we like this?
Born out of the creative energy of Los Angeles' Brainfeeder and the natural moxie of its founder Paul Peabody, aka PBDY, TAR is a new digital imprint based out of the City of Angels devoted to bringing new artists and new sounds to the forefront.
So far, every release is a three-track EP and it's all 1's and 0's. Some releases are punk, some are club music, and some are unclassifiable -- and all are worth your ears. The track we're featuring today is "Something Cruel" from Israeli rockers Sabba Rabba.
Hazy and dreary, the song will put you in your feelings immediately.It oozes with teenage angst and reminds me of overcast days by the beach. Keep your ears on TAR!
