Why do we like this?
This is a totally bizarre venture. Experimental folk champion Sufjan Stevens has joined forces with Son Lux (ambient / experimental) and Serengeti (hip-hop) to put out an EP by the title of Beak & Claw.
I'm generally on the fence about the song. It features a ton of warbling Sufjan auto-tune -- a style that I am increasingly finding stale. The only interesting part about it really is Serengeti's role providing hip-hop lyricism. Beyond that, it's generally unimpressive, but figured it worth sharing.
You'll be able to grab the EP via Anticon on March 20th.
