Why do we like this?

I'd be lying if I said I expected to hear a nice synth-pop track when I hit play on Ryan Hemsworth's new single "Snow In Newark." Then again, we've covered very few originals by the artist; the vast majority have been remixes.

Anywho, I just checked the weather forecast in Newark, New Jersey, and it doesn't look like they've got snow coming any time soon. But, we're just heading into Autumn, and I have little doubt it ends up snowing around there, so perhaps that's the inspiration for this single.

"Snow In Newark" will be available on Ryan's debut album, to be released via Last Gang / Secret Songs.
