Ruth Koleva has a beautifully supple voice. Throw in some fluttering violins and radio friendly chorus and you've got me hooked.
The Bulgarian vocalist has received praise from the likes of producer Mark Ronson and R&B cool-kids The Internet, and it's no surprise why. Her dynamic sound works atop sophisticated orchestration and pop melodies alike.
"Oceans" has a lovely build to it, trickling in layer by layer, following the structure of a building wave. There's a bit of LDR's "Summertime Sadness" in this one too. Very cool.
Check out the accompanying video below and keep an ear out for more from Ruth in the near future.
