Why do we like this?
"Knack Nostalgia" is a gooey little track that's dripping with memories and Royel Otis aesthetica.
Ever since PRATT & PAIN, their debut album, Royel Otis has been digging their way into the psyche of the new age melancholia of the music world, and "Knack Nostalgia" is just another reminder that they truly are the masters of the gooey angsty sound of the new age youth. It's a slow burn, but a good one, filling up your ears with bumpy drums and a distant voice, like your conscience, speaking amongst the bumpy noise.
Royel Otis are a band so perfectly in tune with the saying "a result of their time," and I am so happy to be in this time with them and "Knack Nostalgia."
