It's no secret that I'm a big fan of singer-songwriters. With all the fuss over electronic music and such, it's nice to find and explore the music of artists who keep their work a bit more raw, a bit more emotive, and choose not bend heavily down the electronic path.
Here's one such singer-songwriter I recently discovered. Daniel 'Rosenblume' Ross is a Liverpudlian, which I also only recently discovered is the word to describe all things from Liverpool! So then from his Liverpudlian base, and after nearly two years in the making, Daniel is getting ready to debut his debut EP. "All Through The Fire, All Through The Rain" is the first and title track from it.
It's clear from his early work that Daniel draws on emotions and feelings and channels them into his work. This title track speaks of devotion and adoration, and word is that the upcoming EP will explore similar themes as well.
All Through The Fire, All through the Rain EP will be released on April 27 and will be available digitally from online stores and stream sites. In the meantime you can also catch Rosenblume over on his Facebook page.
