I was on the fence with this one. It has a pretty familiar approach, not unlike Wilco. And so while I found myself enjoying it, I wasn't sure it was worth of a share.
Fortunately I stuck around, because there are parts of this song that really do it for me. Case in point: the guitar work that starts around the 2:17 mark. It's slick, well-executed, and manages to stand out as not being too run-of-the-mill.
Overall, Austin-based Ronjo V (aka Ryan Joseph) has managed to craft a song that I don't mind coming back to again and again.
