Why do we like this?
I first fell in love with California's Rogue Wave back in 2007 with their third studio album, Asleep At Heaven's Gate, and more specifically with their hit single "Lake Michigan." They had a certain simplicity about them; nothing too flashy, but there was certainly something extremely heartfelt about their lyrics.
Seems like nothing hasn't changed, as they're back in 2013 with their latest single "College." Like I said before, they're just a really good honest rock band that create music to inspire the masses. It's the rather simple yet sophisticated guitar progression that is the hero in this particular single -- oh, and don't forget Zach Rogue's charming vocals.
"College" will feature on their fifth studio album Nightingale Floors. Enjoy!
