Why do we like this?
Berlin-based versatile producer Robot Koch and L.A. vocalist Susie Suh shared this gorgeous unreleased track earlier today, originally featured on the television series The Blacklist.
Amid a pattering of drum and sweet-bodied synths, Suh sings, "Caught in the riptide/I was searching for the truth/There was a reason/I collided into you." I've had this same thought many a time, although not so eloquently, when a hollow truth rushes to the surface for air. Suddenly the emptiness is replaced with connection, with love worth living for.
Hopefully, this track is released soon. In the meanwhile, you can head to Facebook and find more beautiful music from Susie Suh and Robot Koch.
