Why do we like this?
The Miami-based Robby Hunter Band burst on the music scene three months ago with "Hard On Me." The band -- Robby Hunter (guitar/vocals), John Coughlin (bass) and Pat Howard (drums) -- have an infusion of pop, rock, and hip-hop, which creates a very unique sound that I'm really digging.
"Treat You Right (Ft. GhostWridah)" starts off with strong indie pop melodies. GhostWridah, a fellow Miami-based rapper, jumps in with a verse to give it a hip-hop feel, and then the song finishes strong with great rhythm from both guitar and drum work.
Robby Hunter Band will be releasing their debut album on July 19, 2013. In the meantime, enjoy this stream!
