Why do we like this?

River Tiber just churns out goodness in a never ending stream of releases, as a lead-up to his debut album Indigo.

To keep this short and sweet -- as it is my second post about him this week -- the guy has an incredible talent, and I cannot wait to hear this album.

"I'm A Stone" is driven by a strong melodic idea, and as usual his gorgeous, R&B style vocals shimmer over swelling production. The simplicity of his layering is what makes the track so genius, with the fairly understated start slowly meandering into a more beat driven dynamic, which flirts with a few ideas before fading into a rather abrupt ending.
