The Rhye-gods have spoken, and they've deemed us worthy. Maybe last week's share of JVLY's Rhye-esque "aporia", created enough good JuJu for a new single from the Toronto native, LA-based, R&B musician, Mike Milosh. Do you think if we listen to "Beautiful" enough times, we'll keep up that good JuJu magic so that we don't have to wait so long for the next release?
This single follows the release of the EP,Spirit, which came out in May 2019. With Spirit, we missed the meatier sound like that of 2018's Bloodwhen Milosh worked with producer, Robin Hannibal. In "Beautiful," the sound has been beefed back up again with percussion, synths, and guitar-work that we missed on the piano-based EP.
If you're nodding in agreement then raise those spirit fingers up and send some good vibes all the way out into the universe....and with the whole 'what goes around comes around' situation that THEY proclaim, maybe we won't be waiting too long for the next release from Rhye.
Now, because I committed and went all-in on the whole 'JuJu thing' for this post, I came across some weird stuff on the Internet...which I will now share with you. These are to be taken as 100% fact and if you don't see another post from me, it's because THEY have found me.
