Reyna Tropical Tristeza

“Take everything you want, so that you’ll leave me alone and with no sorrow,” sings guitarist and founder of the awesome She Shreds magazine, Fabi Reyna, one half of Reyna Tropical. The other half is LA producer, Nectali Díaz, AKA Sumohair (who you should also check out if you haven’t, he’s pretty cool.) They met during Redbull’s Music Academy at Bonnaroo and on that same day, they recorded what would become the foundation for this project.

Taken out of their latest EP,Sol y Lluvia, "Tristeza" is one of those songs that forces you to move and dance around. There’s no fighting these Caribbean beats. Who needs reggaeton when you have Reyna Tropical?
Even though the title literally translates to sorrow or sadness, it’s a catchy, joyful tune.
