Why do we like this?

I've been keeping up with the New Jersey band Real Estate ever since their self-titled record was put out in 2009. They've come a long way since then, improving their sound and filling it out with more and more production and musicianship.

This latest record, Atlas, might just be the pinnacle of their hardwork. They're dialed in perfectly on this new single "Crime." They've always been known for their lazy, summer day guitar melodies, and it's only fitting that the video to go along with this tune is one that shows how to play each of the guitar lines.
