Seeing new Ratatat pop up in my YouTube feed made me giddy as a schoolgirl. Sitting back and listening to it made me even more excited.
You might be wondering why such a simple song is such a big deal in my books? Well you'd have to travel all the way back to roughly 2004, when these guys absolutely blew my socks off during a show at my University's pub.
I've been a huge fan ever since, so you can bloody-well guarantee I'll be lined up to get my hands on their new LP Magnifique, due for release on July 17th. Grab your pre-order here.
