Why do we like this?

RAIL is an enigma and I don't know much about him (yet), but what I do know is that "It's Been Awhile" is one of my favorite new songs.

Its heavy yet uplifting sound is a difficult combination to accomplish but RAIL has it down pat. The obscure tuning paired with the deliberate beat sweetly compliments the echoey vocals that ooze honesty and vulnerability. This highly relatable and heartstring-tugging track can resonate with many of us, I'm sure.
