Why do we like this?

Whilk & Misky may have opened up our Best Folk of 2014 playlist, but, but this new remix of Rae Morris' "Under The Shadows" hints at anything but acoustic vibes.

The remix clocks in at a comfortable 4:26, its dark and undulating vibe sounding like something produced by Massive Attack or Portishead.

The end result is different -- and for that, I'm digging it.
