Sounds like: Thom Yorke, Muse
Why do we like this?
A couple months back we heard that Radiohead's The King of Limbs: Live From The Basement(+ two newer tracks "The Daily Mail" and "Staircase") was to be recorded and distributed by BBC. Well, the day finally came! Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 premiered Radiohead's A-side track, "The Daily Mail," a song they have been playing live for some time.

"The Daily Mail" is an intimate track that chills you to the bone with Thom Yorke's passionate croons and illustrative lyrical storytelling. Although it sounds pretty similar to the original version they did Live From The Basement, it still sounds flawless and seduces me nonetheless.

With the recent announcement of their upcoming tour dates, Radiohead has placed everyone under their spell with an über successful year, only fueling the fire for what's to come in 2012. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Yorke said the band would hit the studio in December and January.

Pre-order the digital-only single here for MP3 and here for WAV. The single will be released December 19.
