RÜFÜS' Light/Dark Deluxe Edition of Atlas came out just last week, paving the way for one special unreleased remix of "Unforgiven" by Sydney duo The Presets.
Yep, you read right. RÜFÜS and The Presets together on one track -- I assure you that this is one helluva dance-y affair. I guess this was no surprise, considering RÜFÜS had remixed The Presets' "No Fun" last month.
From the start we are greeted by The Presets' signature pulsating bass line, which is unavoidably mesmerizing. The remix then builds slowly but surely as the female vocals are brought to life and given a much more prominent role. The added piano and subtle dark atmospherics just breathe so much new life into this single as it erupts at the three-minute mark.
