Why do we like this?

I have been very bad this week. Not only have I taken longer than I wished in getting this track up on the site, but I also went to a health food store, ate some kale and fermented foods only to chug back a Coke on my walk home.

In all honesty, it wasn't just a Coke, it was also a bag of Doritos and some caramel popcorn. It's safe to say that the amount of kombucha I drank aligned my chakras, however my heart on the other hand is feeling less than zen, so I'm lucky there is good music around for me to lay out on the couch and just feel my organs dance.

There is no real moral or ending to this story. Essentially, live a balanced life.
