Why do we like this?

We first heard from Queen Magic on his delightful debut single "I Don't Want" in September last year, and are now excited to hear a new track from the Melbourne crooner. 

Part of the recently released Wondercore Island Mixtape #5, "Bad Trip (I Love You)" was apparently an impromptu creation -- but it sure doesn't sound it. Smooth and seductive, Queen Magic's buttery vocals are joined by a combination of staggered production and slightly left-of-center keys, giving this song a really beautiful, grainy feel. It's simple, but lovely all the same -- a good indication of the artist's bright future.

"Bad Trip" will be followed by a two-track scheduled for release in March.
