L.A. singer and songwriter Pretty Sister has teamed up with Toronto electronic trio Dragonette for spectacular single "Galactic Appeal."
Produced by 23-year-old Swedish producer Tobtok, "Galactic Appeal" is a delightful electro-pop rib tickler that will have pressing repeat. Pretty Sister's soulful croon pairs with Dragonette's Martina Corbara's playful vocals over the feel-good disco beat, with "Galactic Appeal" a tune you'll be hearing in the clubs on a weekend in no time.
Both Pretty Sister and Dragonette had this to say about the song when talking with Billboard;
"The term 'galactic appeal' popped into my head on the same day I met Pretty Sister in a studio in L.A.," Dragonette said. "The song (and the term) is about recognizing how extremely lucky and exciting it is to get to be alive for this blink of time on the planet. There's nowhere else in the galaxy I'd rather be."
"Galactic Appeal" encapsulates that feeling of a perfect buzz," adds Pretty Sister. "When you feel like you and your friends must be the coolest people in the whole universe."
