We're big fans of PREP here at Indie Shuffle so it's always exciting when the London collective have new music to share.
"Don't Look Back" is the smooth lead single from the quartet's forthcoming EP Line By Line. Collaborating with Shownu (lead singer of superstar K-Pop band Monsta-X) and So!YoON! (member of Korean indie band Se So Neon), PREP have delivered another slinky dose of late night funk inspired R&B.
The combination of probing synths, dizzy guitar licks and velvet vocals make "Don't Look Back" the perfect soundtrack to balmy summer's eve.
Discussing the track, which is about realizing you might not be the only person in someone's life, PREP frontman Tom Havelock said;
Jealousy. Looking for hidden meanings. The heavy pause after his name gets mentioned.
Line By Line is set for release November 9.
