London collective PREP have just dropped their latest EP, Cold Fire, another joyful release of vibrant synth-pop and infectious vocals.
Having already shared the synth-tastic first single, "Don't Bring Me Down," the band have followed the EP's release with the 80s influenced title track.
The track is a collaboration with Kaytranada associates Pomo (who featured heavily on Anderson .Paak’s Malibu) and features a co-vocal from Korean megastar DEAN, with the woozy synths and CHIC-like melodies making this one of PREP's best tunes yet.
The EP also features the slinky downtempo "Snake Oil" with vocals from Kitsuné-signed Portland singer Reeva De Vito and shiny album closer "Rachel," and is well worth giving a listen.
Cold Fire is available via all good streaming services.
