Why do we like this?

I'm a big sucker for slow-building, arpeggio-driven downtempo songs. And that's exactly what PRAGAII delivers on "Visions" -- a beautifully layered progression that tickles my eardrums as it builds and builds and builds.

I don't know much about the band save for the fact that they're from Latvia and they've been working on an EP for nearly 3 years now.
