Why do we like this?

So, I just finished listening to Portugal. The Man's new album Evil Friends in full. In case you want to do the same, you can stream it via Tumblr.

Bottom line is: holy shit I love Danger Mouse's production! At this point everything indie rock he has touched has turned to gold. The Black Keys, Electric Guest, Foxygen and Broken Bells: all money.

Portugal. The Man were good to begin with, but I highly recommend listening to this album in full. It might just step up your appreciation a whole knotch more.
