Why do we like this?

The London duo known as Whilk and Misky caught my attention earlier this month with an amazing single titled "Clap Your Hands." Naturally, that means I'm not paying attention to their every move.

This cover of Portishead's "Glory Box" popped up in my feed last night, and though it takes a little while to build up, the end result is thoroughly worth the listen. The resemblance of Misky's vocals to Chet Faker is remarkable; alongside Whilk's excellent production, they truly do justice to the 20-year-old song.
