Why do we like this?

I think few would disagree that Kanye's Graduation album is one of the all time great hip-hop albums of this decade. Let's suppose Parisian duo Point Point was to take one of those singles and transform it into an orchestral/instrumental masterpiece, what song would you choose? 

If you haven't already worked it out from the intro (which is amazing on it's own) the song is of course "Flashing Lights." I'm just going to let this song do all of the talking because it is one epic piece of instrumental hip hop.
