Wawa wee wah!! Treasure Island Music Festival, one of our favorite festivals on the planet, has just released a ridonkulous lineup.
The festival takes place October 18-19, and is located on, well, Treasure Island. One of my favorite bits about Treasure Island -- besides the picturesque backdrop and that it's a hop, skip, and a jump from my hood -- is that the organizers (Noise Pop & Another Planet) usually do a great job of avoiding overlapping set times, such that you can literally see all of the bands play.
With two stages to bounce back and fourth from, a ferris wheel to cop a view, and a silent disco to get weird at, Treasure Island has everything you need in a music festival. This year's lineup includes Massive Attack, Alt-J, Zedd, TV On The Radio, Janelle Monae, Washed Out, St. Lucia, Banks, Jungle, White Denim, Mø, Polica, Classixx, Chet Faker, Ryan Hemsworth, Ásgeir, and more!
Oh, and it wouldn't be a proper festival lineup without OUTKAST!
