With the recent release of The Hangover Part III, I thought I'd reminisce on the three best friends that make up the Wolf Pack.
Phil, Stu, and Alan always manage to have a good time whenever they get together. Regardless of the continent they happen to be on, they know how to party. So what if they happen to lose a groom or brother-in-law every so often? I guess that's the price you pay for an unforgettable (or unable-to-remember) kind of night.
Partying with the Wolf Pack, you've got to have the perfect soundtrack, and the first two Hangover movies definitely deliver. They're filled with plenty of hip-hop from the likes of Kanye West and TI to keep the party going. Also, being as The Hangover movies are Todd Phillips' movies, you know there's got to be some randomness built into the soundtrack. Just like a mixtape from your favorite stoner buddy, there are tracks like a Johnny Cash cover, Wolfmother, and even Deadmau5 -- not to mention some of my favorite musical moments from the movie, like Zach Galifianakis' home spun "We're the Three Best Friends," and Mike Tyson's stirring rendition of "A Night in Bangkok." It all actually works, and blends together quite well.
So sit back and let the good times roll as you party down to this The Hangover and The Hangover Part II playlist. Just make sure not to lose any of your friends while listening.
