It seems like a satisfying amount of Shufflers appreciated the first
Love & Future Bass playlist. I didn't think I'd be working on a sequel until I realized my digital post-it was quickly filling up with associated tracks to write about, all from the last month.
I'm influenced and stirred by this movement in electronic music. I wouldn't say it's recent, but it's gathering momentum -- and for sufficient reason. In this particular set, there's a lounge-sexy, yet basement-friendly sophistication in full effect; you don't have to look any further than Full Crate & FS Green's remix of MNEK's cover of Disclosure's single "White Noise" to see what I mean. (If that many heavy-hitters in one sentence doesn't get you excited, then I don't what else to tell you!)
I take care to make sure any track in a playlist is compelling enough to appreciate on its own though, so hopefully you'll enjoy dancing through this encore presentation.
