It wasn't requested, and that's maybe the real talking point here. We've not so subtly been injecting large amounts of funk, soul, blues, and jazz into the main feed over the trailing months, which has lead to this culmination; a coming together of some songs that have stood out in that time, as well as a valuable few throwbacks.
Any new music that emanates the sorts of themes that might fall into this playlist is on the radar, and to my delight there's plenty of it at the moment. To my dismay that means it'll probably reach peak pulverization soon. ON TO THE NEXT GENRE MY LITTLE TREND MONGERS.
