Why do we like this?

Be honest with yourself, when was the last time you revisited Phoenix's Bankrupt! in the past year? Probably never right? It certainly didn't leave a lasting impression on me and I am quite frankly the biggest Phoenix fan out there.

So what then does album number six Ti Amo have in store for their adoring fans? Well "J-Boy" has some pretty telling answers.

Now I'm not saying that I'm totally in love with "J-Boy" (it feels a little laboured), but I'm certainly intrigued and delighted by the fact that they are quite simply making music again. This is a quartet that has inspired almost two decades worth of talented musicians from every corner of this world and I think we owe them a great deal of thanks.

Phoenix please don't let me down!
