Why do we like this?

Coming at you straight out of Bordeaux!, Pendentif is a Southwestern French quintet producing fun, vibrant, and ultra-catchy songs.

Lead singer Cindy showcases Blondie-like vocals while the band brings a Euro-rock meets nu-disco vibe. The group released their first studio album in 2013, yet have stayed relatively quiet on this side of the pond throughout the majority of their existence.

"La Nuit Dernière," or "Last Night" in French, is a very simple song lyrically. One about wanting to see happiness in a loved one and stopping at nothing to obtain that. It's hard to imagine with such a jovial sound that it's about a fairly somber topic. From the moment the synth pops into the song, I am hooked. It's super fun and will get the party going.
