Why do we like this?

I've had this on repeat for the last few weeks. Please forgive me for not sharing it sooner. I was selfishly hoarding it to myself </3

pecq's "Block The Noise" is an intricate and haunting indie electronic song. Mind you, I'm not 100% sure where to "place" this song genre wise. "Indie electronic" just happens to be the value I've landed on.

Come to think of it, this reminds me a lot of Weval, one of my favorite bands right now. There's also a hint of Tourist with that epic and beautiful drop at 2:45 (specifically, Tourist's remix of CHVRCHES).

All-in-all, this is a top notch track that I'd highly recommend donning a pair of headphones for.
