Why do we like this?
I'm pretty excited to be featuring Sydney's Pear Shape once more on Indie Shuffle with their latest single, "Carousel." I've had my eye on these guys for a while, and it was about time that they released some new material to appease my ear.
It may not be the fanciest song out there, but it is definitely one of the more catchy and captivating tunes that I have heard this year. This is exactly what Pear Shape does best; they engage you with their vibrant, summery sound and well-crafted melodies, and -- much like a carousel -- you are lured into this constant state of mesmerization from which you can't escape.
There's a "pay what you want" download available on their Bandcamp page, so make you sure you support them!
