Why do we like this?
About a year ago to date, we featured the track "Bloodshake" by the English indie rock band Peace. Over the last year, I've seen them play at SXSW and on the TV show Later...With Jools Holland, and these guys are good. They harbor a down-to-earth indie rock vibe and exude unique characteristics.
Recently, Peace have tackled the popular Disclosure track "White Noise" and made it their own. The thing I like most about this version, is that it really sounds like a whole new song, rather than any other DJ remixing the track ever so slightly. This cover is funky, groovy, and bloody good.
