Why do we like this?

Paul Ceraso's "Neighbours" is a hidden gem amongst the sea of wanna-be slacker pop these days.

It's heart-melting chord changes and soft vocals are enough to peak any indie lover's interest. But then that jangly guitar and relaxed pop beat add a little spice to this sunny composition.

I don't know who Paul Ceraso is but I want to know more.
