Why do we like this?

I can't say I'd ever heard the song before, but Ouska's "Gonzo" is a modern take on Chilly Gonzales' 2012 song "Rideaux Lunaires." Now that I've listened to the original, I must say it's an absolute stunner. So thank you, Ouska, for exposing me to that.

For those of you not in the loop, Ouska is a French producer who recently featured in our "Best Remixes of 2017" playlist. I've been a sucker for his recent work, so it came as little surprise that this "remix" (if one can call it that) ended up winning me over.

Now if only we could find a good MC to drop some rhymes over it...
