Why do we like this?
Becoming a casualty of love is the sad fate most of us face. After the bullet of love loss hits me, I tend to sit around and throw myself a pity party. Sometimes I debate getting cake, ribbons, and balloons for the pity party, because if I'm going to throw a party it might as well be a good one.
Not to mention the wheel of brie I vacuum into my mouth with fancy crackers from Whole Foods, and some fig or apricot jam to go along with that. We all have our coping mechanisms. Sometimes I answer tragedy with inappropriate humor. Sometimes I just toss on music like this to distract my busy mind.
