Why do we like this?

With James Blake on co-production and engineering, Anohni on backing vocals, and Oneohtrix Point Never leading the production and vocals, "Black Snow" is one of the grittiest, tense tracks from Daniel Lopatin.

The lyrics are inspired by The Cybernetic Culture Research Unit, published by Time Spiral Press in 2015. The music video was a massive collaboration with many heads in the kitchen, but OPN directed it, and Jon Rafman, who did the video for "Sticky Drama," worked on the concept for the desk.
