Why do we like this?

Heyoooo, Oliver Nelson! It's always nice to see an artist who built a career on remixes actually take that talent into the original realm.

To be honest, not everything he's released has won me over on first listen, but this one featuring Kaleem Taylor managed to do the trick. It effortlessly blends nu-disco vibes with a jazzy, funky, and upbeat essence that all-in-all rounds out to be a wonderful listening experience.
