Sounds like:
Dangerdoom,
Madlib
Why do we like this?
While writing up this post, I learned that Oh No is Madlib's brother. The Stones Throw hip-hop artist made his full-length debut back in 2004, and is now gearing up to drop a new one by the title Ohnomite on June 11th.
The first track to cross our radar is "3 Dollars," featuring none other than MF Doom. At under two-minutes in length, the song is a total tease...a taste of something I definitely want to hear more of.
Further research shows that Oh No will be joined by artists such as Guilty Simpson, Chino XL, Alchemist and more. Fortunately, there's a pre-order (and full tracklist) that can be grabbed here.
