Why do we like this?
The first track I heard of Noosa's self-titled debut EP was "Sail." It instantly had me thinking "Noah and the Whale but with female vocals!"
For those of you familiar with the aforementioned band, you'll recognize that they're quite known for their melancholic vocals. But in this case, Noosa carries nothing but good feeling over the original.
To boot, the production quality featured throughout is clearly notable -- do many debut EPs fall flat in this area, but it appears that Noosa is here to make a splash.
