Why do we like this?

NOËP is a young Estonian artist who's new song "Rooftop" managed to sway me pretty quickly.

Andres Kõpper clearly has a lot of talent: the unique sound and varying structure of this song indicate a penchant and understanding of modern music that's right up there with the best. In fact, it's so fresh that I'm struggling to categorize it...
