I’m excited to introduce you to Noah Slee, an upcoming New Zealand-born artist, who has blown me away with his debut track “Can’t Let Go.”
Slee has worked with Aussie producers LDRU and Yahtzel, and production team Kitschkrieg, with whom Slee is now working on a debut LP. He currently resides in one of music’s great cities, Berlin, and will be releasing his album via Berlin label Soul Force Records.
The gorgeous track is smooth, inviting, and dripping with cool, featuring pristine production from Kitschkrieg and an atmosphere that sort of infuses modern electro-soul with retro nostalgia. The track just billows in such a beautiful, rich manner, and it's hard to not re-play the track a few times over.
Slee’s vocals steal the spotlight throughout, and are truly are a sonic delight. Silky smooth, yet completely demanding, the melody alone has me so captivated.
