Why do we like this?
Dayamn, Bibio. Way to turn this track completely on its head! The original version of "Waiting for My Chance to Come" by Noah and the Whale was a wonderful folk-rock ballad featuring the oh-so-familiar crooning vocals of front man Charlie Fink. But now, with Bibio's touch...it's a whole new, awesome, funk-rock extraordinaire.
Perhaps the most notable part of this transformation is when Bibio uses a slick guitar solo just before the 2 minutes mark to segue the song into a high-pitched escapade that makes Mr. Fink's vocal chords appear to be out of a Daft Punk song. If you think that sentence was a mouth full, you should try getting your head around this track.
