Why do we like this?
This Nick Mulvey song popped up in my YouTube recommended feed a couple weeks ago, probably because I've given them all the right signals that he puts out awesome music.
It kinda took me by surprise that the song was nearly 9 minute in length, so naturally that meant I had to dive in head first and give it a listen. And thank goodness I did.
"Dancing For The Answers" is a rare long-form song in the age of punchy singles; a slow-building crescendo of passion and emotion that culminates in an epic moment that'd make Nick Murphy proud. Perhaps that's why it stands out from the rest.
