Nick Leng is a young artist with a big talent, and an ear for catchy melodies and hooks.
A Northern California native with his childhood spent in South Africa, the 22-year-old is a classically trained pianist who now produces and writes music in Los Angeles.
His latest single, "Playing With Fire," is an upbeat, relatable pop song which flowers around an aquatic soundscape comprised of colorful guitars and washed out piano.
Leng's evocative storytelling occurs over a pulsating beat, and is delivered in a perfectly executed hook which lingers in your memory long after you've stopped listening to the track. Perfect.
